The Jackson College women's basketball team celebrated a strong 2025–26 season with multiple players receiving postseason recognition from the Michigan Community College Athletic Association and the National Junior College Athletic Association Region 12.
Sophomore Reese Williams from Colon earned top honors, being named to the NJCAA Region 12 Division II All-Region Team and the All-MCCAA Team, while also receiving First Team All–Eastern Conference recognition. Williams averaged 18.8 points per game, 7.8 rebounds per game and an 83.7 percent free throw percentage in conference play.
Freshman Nina Sims from Toledo was named Second Team All–Eastern Conference and earned a spot on the Eastern Conference All-Freshman Team, highlighting a strong debut season. Sims averaged 9.1 points per game, 3.9 rebounds per game and had a 58.6 percent free throw percentage in conference play.
Additional Jets recognized for their contributions include freshman Tyra Wright of Ontario, named Third Team All–Eastern Conference, and Naomi Henderson (sophomore – Toledo) and Amaria Daniel (freshman – Pontiac), who both received Eastern Conference Honorable Mention honors.
The Jets finished the season with an overall record of 20–12 and a 9–5 conference record, advancing to the NJCAA Region 12 Great Lakes District A Championship Final, where they finished runner-up to Lansing Community College. The postseason honors reflect a successful season for the Jets, showcasing the team's talent, depth and continued competitiveness within the conference and region.
